JCK x Nivoda Spinning Wheel Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- Participants must be attendees of JCK Las Vegas 2024.
- Participants must have a verified Nivoda account.
- Only invited guests may spin the wheel, with a member of the Nivoda team present.
- Only one spin per person is allowed during the exhibition period.
2. Prizes:
- Discounts of US$50, US$75, and US$350 can be won.
3. Claiming Prizes:
- The discount value won will be deducted from the participant’s first invoice from Nivoda.
- All Nivoda accounts must undergo KYC verification to have the discounted product shipped to the customer delivery address.
- The participant has until June 30 2024 to make a purchase on Nivoda and use the discount. The payment method selected will not affect the discount given.
- The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Verification:
- Participants are required to provide valid identification and any additional information required for KYC verification.
5. General Terms:
- Nivoda reserves the right to modify or terminate the spinning wheel promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Nivoda is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions related to the spinning wheel.
- By participating in the spinning wheel promotion, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
6. Disqualification:
- Nivoda reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of the spinning wheel or violating the terms and conditions.
