Address Change Policy

To maintain the integrity and security of our transactions, the following policy applies to any address changes requested by all our customers.

Allowed Address Changes

1. Home Delivery:
   • Permitted with verification.
   • Customers may need to provide proof of address.
2. Delivery to a PO Box:
   • Permitted with verification.
   • Proof of address may be required to match the name and address.
3. Change Due to Relocation:
   • Permitted with verification.
   • Proof of address may be requested.
4. Delivery to Same Entity at Different Locations (e.g., branches, offices):
   • Permitted with verification.
5. Delivery to Multiple Shops or Branches:
   • Permitted with verification.

Prohibited Address Changes

1. Drop Shipping to Third Parties in Another Country:
   • Not permitted for new requests.
2. Drop Shipping to Customers in the Same or Other Country:
   • Not permitted.
3. Courier Office Pickups:
   • Not permitted.

Important Notes

1. All permitted changes are subject to verification, which may include providing proof of address. Please ensure that all documents submitted are:

• • Legible
  • Issued in the owner’s or company’s name
  • Clearly display the address in question

• Clearly display the date when issued

Acceptable documents include:

• Bank or credit card statements (dated within the last 3 months)
• Mortgage statements (dated within the last 3 months)
• Council tax bills or equivalent local government-issued bills (dated within the last 3 months)
• Official correspondence from a government authority (e.g., tax authority or social services, dated within the last 3 months)
• Insurance policy documents showing the address (e.g., home, health, or vehicle insurance)
• Rental or lease agreements issued by a licensed agency
• Recent payslips including the address (dated within the last 3 months)

1. If an address change cannot be verified, it may be rejected, and you will be notified of the decision.
2. For prohibited changes, exceptions are strictly not permitted under any circumstances, with the sole exception of cases originating from the APAC region.
